Mary O'Brien and Daniel McCormick - Projects that Save our Planet

 

The artists worked on a property where previous owners had straightened out the river to mitigate flooding, but what actually happened is that the river had no place to overflow and wetland dried up harming wildlife. Building a rustic twig structure, the artists' plan is to replace the bend in the river and restore the wetlands. O'Brien and McCormick have been doing similar projects for thirty years.
