Currently Friedman is enjoying an exhibition of Up in the Air at the Tel Aviv Museum. In the open atrium space of the museum hangs 900 colorful everyday objects the seem to float in space. His "everyday" objects are actually each handcrafted by the artist. Taken as a whole, the piece unfolds like a profound poem with simple words but complex interpretations.
