Tony Askew is an
American artist living and working in Santa Barbara, California and Santa Fe,
New Mexico. Askew is Professor Emeritus of Westmont College in Montecito where
he spent many years teaching printmaking and as well as other forms of art to
the studio students. “His abstract paintings and many lithographs and etchings
reflect the harmony and balance of nature through a sophisticated pictorial
sensibility” (Independent).
